Last year HR Future Editor, Alan Hosking, conducted a highly successful series of Editor’s Masterclasses (in Jhb, Cape Town and Durban), entitled “Managing Multiple Generations in a VUCA World”.
In response to numerous requests to repeat it this year, Alan is doing so on 29 March at the Bryanston Country Club.
In this half-day Masterclass, Alan reveals to participants unique knowledge and insights he has acquired from personally working with each of these generations over many years.
He also reveals how to get exceptional results from each generation when you know what motivates them. Importantly, Alan shows you how to view each generation in a different way. And once you see them differently, you will start managing them differently.
During the Masterclass, you acquire information not found in textbooks and also learn how to apply it for maximum effect to build an engaged, collaborative and productive workforce across all generations.
If you’re battling with Boomers, grappling with Gen Y-ers and muddling along with Millennials, this is for you. This Masterclass has benefited HR Directors, HR Managers, Talent Managers, OD Practitioners, Line Managers and others responsible for managing different generations.
