The HRFuture.net website is available on the World Wide Web (“WWW”) for any user with access to the WWW to view, “as is” and has not been compiled or designed to meet each user’s individual requirements. HRFuture.net will not be held responsible for any inconvenience, loss or damage that a user may suffer as a result of failure to meet such requirements.
Osgard Media privacy statement
Osgard cc, trading as “Osgard Media” (and its subsidiary sites) believes strongly in protecting the privacy of its members and users of its web site and digital magazine. There may be times when you will register for services from Osgard Media and may be required to provide Osgard Media with personal information including, but not limited to, the following:
Member name and password.
Your informed consent shall be in the form of an “opt in” or similar policy, which gives Osgard Media the permission to keep you informed of our services which we believe may be of interest to you.
Osgard Media will not sell or pass on to any third party your personal details, except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. Osgard Media allows access to database information by third-parties providing technical services, such as e-mail, but only to the extent necessary to provide you with those services. Membership Terms and Conditions
Members can select one of the following membership packages:
Individual or Corporate:

- Digital only
Renewal of membership
When membership falls due for renewal, a renewal invoice will be issued unless we are informed otherwise.
Members will be notified of membership fee increases at least 10 working days prior to their renewal date.
Members who do not cancel their membership within the 10-day period will be deemed to have accepted the appropriate rate increase.
Changing membership packages
Membership packages can be changed by contacting our Membership Department by email or telephone (firstname.lastname@example.org or 011 888 8914). Should the change result in additional costs being incurred, an invoice for the appropriate rate will be issued. Payment Memberships are valid for a consecutive 12-month period.
Memberships are valid for a consecutive 12-month period starting from date of activation. Memberships will be activated within 48 hours of receipt of payment confirmation. Payment for membership can be made by EFT as per the banking details on the invoice. Please use your unique Customer Code (middle left-hand side of invoice) when making payment. General Platinum members undertake to provide accurate and current postal details to ensure delivery of their magazines. Memberships which have been paid for by an employer remain the employer’s for the duration of the 12-month membership period.
Please note: The National Treasury announced an increase in Value Added Tax (VAT) from 14% to 15% effective 1 April 2018. There will therefore be an adjustment on subscriptions/memberships, events and advertising, as our services are subject to VAT.
